Steve Coulson and Lucy Minton had been colleagues at JustPark. When they moved offices, the process was more complicated than it needed to be – the search, the fit-out, the management, the things that needed doing every day in a space that was never quite right. It was an all-too-familiar problem for businesses ranging from startups to enterprises. In 2018, they founded Kitt to fix it. They started with one floor and a small team with a simple brief: build the office we wished we had.
Now, the managed model Steve and Lucy helped pioneer is one of the most popular modes of leasing in London – full-service, fully designed, fully operated. The team has grown across design, facilities management, hospitality and technology, but the brief has not changed.
